Return & Refund Policy
At Filfashionstore by Fil Entrepreneurs Fze,we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchased.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products under the conditions below:
1.Return Period:
* Items can be returned within7 days from the date of delivery.
2.Return Condition: Returned items must be:
*Unopened,unused,and sealed in their original packaging
*In the same condition as delivered, including accesories,manuals,and warranty cards.
3.Non Returnable Items:
*Opened,used or tampered
*Products damaged due to misuse or handling not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
4.Defectiveor or Wrong Items:
*If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no exact cost.
*Customer’s must report such cases within 48 hrs. of delivery
5.Return Shipping Fees:
*If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. Changed mind) the customer pay the return delivery cost.
*If the return is due to defect, damage or wrong we cover the shipping
6.Refund Timeline:
*Refunds will be issued within 7 -14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
7.Payment Gateways fees on Refunds:
*Refunds requested due to customer error (e.g., selected wrong payment method or changed mind) are subject to deduction of payment processing fees charged by third party payment providers. These fees are nonrefundable by banks payments gateways and not retained by filashionstore by Fil Entrepreneurs Fze.If the return/refund is due to a product issuer or an error from our side we will cover the fees and issue a full refund.
