In the unlikely event that a product is found to be counterfeit or not as described, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.

3. Orders & Payments

Filfashionstore not responsible for any disputes, approvals, declines, late payment fees, or penalties associated with BNPL services. For refunds initiated due to customer request (including wrong payment method selection), the customer agrees that payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are non-refundable to Filfashionstore.

Filfashionstore is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure.

Maximum liability is limited to the product price.
